Media personality Toke Makinwa has publicly revealed her daughter, Yakira Eliana, for the first time as the child celebrated her first birthday.

Makinwa shared photos and videos from Yakira's birthday celebration on her social media pages on Thursday, giving followers their first clear look at the toddler after keeping her face out of the public eye since announcing her birth last year.

Reflecting on the milestone, the media personality expressed gratitude for motherhood, saying:

"Happy Birthday to my sunshine. Watching you grow has been the greatest gift of my life. You are loved beyond words, and I thank God every day for blessing me with you," she wrote.

Makinwa welcomed Yakira in August 2025, describing the birth of her daughter as a miracle. Since then, she has occasionally shared moments from her journey into motherhood but deliberately kept the child's face hidden from the public.
