American actor Tobey Maguire officiated the wedding of his former wife, Jennifer Meyer, to Nigerian music executive Geoffrey Ogunlesi in Hawaii on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

The ceremony took place at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai, nine days after court documents reportedly showed that Maguire and Meyer’s marriage had officially ended on October 1, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Meyer, a jewellery designer, married Ogunlesi, the son of Nigerian billionaire investor Adebayo Ogunlesi, after the couple announced their engagement in August 2024. The newlyweds had also welcomed a daughter in June 2026.

Maguire and Meyer married in 2007 and announced their separation in October 2016. They share two children, Ruby and Otis, and have continued to co-parent following their separation.

Meyer previously spoke about her relationship with the Spider-Man actor during an appearance on the Inside Edit podcast in December 2025. She acknowledged that maintaining their relationship after their separation had involved challenges, including attending therapy together.

Despite those difficulties, she described Maguire as her best friend and said she would do anything for him. In a separate interview with People in May 2026, Meyer discussed their continued family relationship, including spending holidays and celebrating birthdays together.

Maguire rose to international prominence playing Peter Parker in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man film trilogy, which began in 2002. He reprised the role in Spider-Man: No Way Home in 2021. His other film credits include Seabiscuit, Brothers and The Great Gatsby.

Meyer is known for her jewellery business, Jennifer Meyer Jewelry, and is the daughter of Hollywood executive Ron Meyer, a co-founder of Creative Artists Agency and former senior executive at Universal Studios.

Her new husband, Geoffrey Ogunlesi, works in the music and entertainment industry. He founded The Ogunlesi Group, an entertainment management company based in Los Angeles, California, with interests in artist management and related services.

His father, Adebayo Ogunlesi, is a Nigerian-born lawyer and investment banker who serves as a senior managing director at BlackRock and has led Global Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure investment firm that BlackRock acquired in a transaction announced in 2024.

The wedding reportedly attracted several high-profile guests from the entertainment and business worlds, including actor Leonardo DiCaprio, a longtime friend of Maguire.
