Reality TV star and former Big Brother Naija winner Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has revealed that she plans to have her first child through surrogacy.

Speaking about her future plans, Phyna said her main focus for the rest of the year and the early part of next year is to make enough money to prepare for motherhood. She explained that she does not intend to carry the pregnancy herself and has chosen surrogacy as her preferred path to having a child. 

The reality star also disclosed that she has changed her position on having children. Earlier this year, she had said she preferred being a “cat and dog mum” and had no interest in having biological children. However, she now says she wants to have a child of her own through a surrogate. 

Her latest comments have attracted attention online, with many social media users reacting to her decision and discussing surrogacy as an option for starting a family.
