Nigerian Queen of Afro-House Niniola has poured out her grief in an emotional social media post following the death of her husband, Michael.

In a heartfelt message shared on Instagram, the artiste described her late husband as her “best friend,” “pillar,” “joy giver,” and “business partner,” revealing how deeply his death has affected her.

According to her, she still finds herself expecting him to walk through the door despite knowing he is gone.

“My best friend, my confidant, my pillar, my husband, my brother… He was the air I breathe,” she wrote.

The grieving arriste also opened up about the close bond they shared, saying they were always together and that Michael never liked being away from her.

She explained that although she naturally prefers keeping to herself, her husband was all she needed because of the role he played in her life.

“I looked forward to him coming home every time he went out,” she added.

Niniola further stated that Michael impacted her life in many ways and described him as “one in a million.”

Her emotional tribute has since drawn sympathy from fans, colleagues, and followers, many of whom flooded the comment section with condolence messages and prayers.

Media personality VJ Adams also reacted, saying he was heartbroken and had no words over the tragic news.
