Mr Eazi and his wife, Temi Ajibade, consulted nine doctors in preparation for the arrival of their first child.

The couple made the revelation on a recent episode of their How Far Podcast, titled "Nine Doctors Later," released on June 19.

According to Temi, their constant movement between Dubai and other countries made it difficult to settle on a single doctor or even determine where the baby would eventually arrive.

Mr Eazi had floated the idea of delivering in Japan, a country the couple visited during their post-wedding honeymoon, though Temi reportedly shut down his name suggestions for the baby.

The pair revealed they discovered the pregnancy about a month into their honeymoon in Korea and Japan last year.

Temi described her first trimester as rough, likening the experience to "the worst hangover of your life," citing persistent nausea and fatigue. She noted, however, that she now enjoys a surge in energy.

The episode drew warm reactions from fans who praised the couple's candour about the journey to parenthood.

Some followers, however, pointed to the wealth gap the story inadvertently exposed, with one commenter noting that less than 0.000001% of Nigerians would ever have access to that level of care.
