Content creator Jarvis has revealed that her partner, Peller, initially pretended to drink the palm wine served during their traditional marriage ceremony because he was uncomfortable with how it looked.

Speaking in a video shared online, Jarvis said Peller was reluctant to take the ceremonial drink after noticing what he described as its unclean appearance.

According to her, the livestream star only acted as though he had taken the drink during the ceremony. She, however, insisted that he eventually drank it after she persuaded him to do so.

“Peller only pretended to drink the palm wine because he saw how dirty it was. I had to force him to drink it in the end,” she said.
