Nigerian content creator and streamer Carter Efe has reacted after his United States visa application was denied, saying the experience left him feeling frustrated about the difficulties Nigerians face when travelling abroad.

Speaking during a livestream, Carter Efe said he feels "trapped" in the country because of restrictions on international travel. His reaction comes after American streamer Kai Cenat disclosed that he had tried to help the Nigerian content creator secure a U.S. visa, but the application was unsuccessful.

Expressing his disappointment, Carter Efe said:

“Chat, I won’t lie to you. We’re trapped in this country. In case you don’t know, we’re trapped. We no fit go anywhere we want. We can’t go anywhere we want, bro. We’re finished. We’re doomed. I swear to God.”
