Cryptocurrency businessman Blord has spoken publicly about his experience during his detention at Kuje Correctional Centre.

The businessman, whose real name is Linus Williams, recently shared details of his time in custody while discussing the legal dispute involving social media critic VeryDarkMan.

Blord revealed that he was placed in a special section reserved for high-profile inmates. According to him, the area was well-equipped and more comfortable than many people would expect from a correctional facility.

He claimed he had access to several amenities during his stay, including personal assistance and regular meals prepared by a chef. He also described the environment as surprisingly calm compared to public perception about prison conditions.

The businessman was earlier remanded by a Federal High Court in Abuja over allegations linked to impersonation, conspiracy and the alleged unauthorised use of VeryDarkMan’s identity.

After spending about two weeks in detention, he was later granted bail and eventually released after meeting the court’s conditions.
