Nollywood couple Lateef Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe reportedly welcome newborn babies
Nollywood actors Lateef Adedimeji and his wife Mo Bimpe have reportedly welcomed newborn babies.
Social media buzzed with the news on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, after blogger Gistlover shared the report of multiple births. The couple has not confirmed the development.
The pair faced online trolling in the past over not having children yet. In an interview last year with Chude Jideonwo, Lateef recalled how Mo Bimpe stayed unfazed despite the criticism.
On New Year’s Day 2026, Lateef told his wife that the year would be their best. He expressed gratitude to God for their journey so far.
The couple marked their fourth wedding anniversary and tradiversary with romantic gestures. Lateef surprised Mo Bimpe with a room full of roses, flowers, cake and gifts. He called her the greatest gift in his life.
Their colleague Olayinka Solomon prayed for them during the anniversary celebration. She declared that they would be called Baba and Mama Ibeji.
Lateef and Mo Bimpe had vowed never to marry a colleague until they met each other. They once faced a roadblock in their relationship due to religious differences.
