American YouTuber and Twitch star Kai Cenat has described Nigeria as a country worth promoting to the world, saying he plans to encourage people in the United States to visit after his ongoing trip to Lagos.

Speaking during his visit on Wednesday, the popular streamer reflected on his return to Nigeria and described the experience as deeply personal and meaningful.

“It means everything to me. I came here two years ago and I completely enjoyed it. Everybody showed me love in Nigeria. I’ll go back to America and tell them Nigeria is a place to go,” Cenat said.

He explained that returning for a second time has allowed him to connect more closely with Nigerians and better understand life in Lagos.

“A lot of people showed me love when I first came. Experiencing it again now on a more personal level feels really good,” he added.

Cenat also spoke about his efforts to support children during his visit, particularly in underserved communities. He revealed that while carrying out humanitarian activities has not always been easy, he remains determined to make a positive impact.

“Doing things with them has been complicated in certain areas, but I’m learning as I go. A lot happens sometimes, so I had to adapt. But now, when I’m here, a lot more things get rolling,” he said.

The streamer disclosed that his main focus during the rest of his stay is to explore Lagos and interact more closely with residents.
“I missed December in Lagos and I’m really mad about that. But now, I just want to understand Lagos better and keep exploring and interacting with people on a personal level,” he stated.

Addressing recent reports that he has slowed down on streaming, Cenat said he is currently prioritising personal growth and working on new goals behind the scenes.

“I’ve been pursuing other dreams and learning new paths. Taking that time is very important to me,” he explained.

Cenat also noted that a large number of his followers are Nigerians, which he said has strengthened his bond with the country.

This is the content creator’s second major visit to Nigeria. During the trip, he was hosted by Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the Lagos House in Marina, where he received five Eyo figurines symbolising the founding families of Lagos.
He has also been seen interacting with children in the Makoko community and is currently overseeing a large-scale school project aimed at supporting their education.
