Celebrity fashion designer Veekee James has stirred reactions online after sharing a video of her daughter, Eliana Atere, getting her ears pierced.

The entrepreneur posted the emotional moment on Instagram, asking followers if she was a "bad mum" for not crying while her baby underwent the procedure.

“Am I a bad mom for not crying?” she wrote, adding, “Mummy loves you sooo much,” as she reassured her daughter.

The post quickly attracted comments from fans and fellow celebrities, many of whom shared their own parenting experiences. Actress Ini Dima-Okojie said she also did not cry during one of her son's medical procedures, despite usually becoming emotional whenever he cries.
