Controversial singer Portable created a dramatic scene when he met influencer Tunde Perry at media executive Soso Soberekon’s house.

The incident happened on Tuesday after Tunde Perry alleged that industry executives held a meeting and decided to cut ties with Portable over repeated misconduct. Perry claimed Portable’s behaviour had also made executives more cautious about supporting new artists, including making Olamide sceptical after helping Portable break into the music scene.

Portable responded by warning those behind the alleged blacklist. He insisted he does not need any executive to succeed because his fans are enough to keep him relevant.

In a video making the rounds online, Portable appeared shirtless, held a chair and ranted at Tunde Perry. He attempted to smash the chair on Perry’s head before security intervened.

The confrontation occurred at Soso Soberekon’s house in what was meant to be a meeting between the two. Fans have reacted with mixed comments, with some calling Portable uncontrollable while others praised him for standing up for himself.
