Nollywood actress Osas Ighodaro is heading to Bollywood.

The two-time Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Award winner is set to star in Imported Bahu, a new vertical microdrama series created by filmmaker Hamisha Daryani Ahuja under Forever7 Entertainment.

The series follows a story of love, family, and secrets, centered on one "imported bahu," a daughter-in-law from far away whose arrival turns everything upside down.

Ighodaro stars alongside Bollywood actor Rajniesh Duggall in what marks a rare Nolly-Bollywood crossover production.

Imported Bahu premieres July 2 exclusively on Lebara Play, described as Africa's first telecoms-owned microdrama platform.
