Nigerian singer-songwriter FOLA is keeping the momentum going. The Dangbana Republik and Empire signee shared a short snippet of a new song titled "Treat U Right" early Monday.

The preview, produced by Shally The Champion, one of the producers behind his debut album Catharsis, shows FOLA in familiar territory: smooth, unhurried vocals laid over mellow production with a romantic lean.

Fans flooded the comments almost immediately, with several calling him generational and others pleading for a full release. One listener said the clip made them miss being in love.

It is the kind of reaction FOLA has been building toward since "Ginger Me" first put him on the radar in 2022. Since then, he has stacked credits steadily; "alone" with BhadBoi OML, collaborative singles with Zlatan, Kizz Daniel, and BNXN, and his debut album Catharsis, released in September 2025. His most recent single, "fine ting (fine $hit)," dropped in April 2026 via Dangbana Republik and Empire.

No release date has been announced for "Treat U Right."
